1. General

By accessing and using Reblika Software B.V.'s application programming interfaces, software, tools, data, documentation, or website (collectively, "Services"), you expressly agree that you have read and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms") as well as all applicable laws and regulations, and any future updates. You also agree that you are 18 years or older and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

Unless otherwise specified, terms used below and in any of our other agreements or notices, including our Privacy Policy, have the following meanings:

• "Client", "User", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person using Services and accepting the Terms or, if you are accepting these terms on behalf of an entity, also to the entity.
• "Reblika Software B.V.", "Ourselves", "Our", "We" and "Us", refer to our company, Reblika Software B.V.
• "Representatives" means Reblika Software B.V.'s personnel, advisors, affiliates, agents, and suppliers.

As between Reblika Software B.V. and you, you own all rights in your User Input and User Output. We do not restrict your ability to use User Output for your own purposes, including commercial purposes. You are responsible for Your Content and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.

User Output may not be unique, as other users may generate similar content through independent use of the Services. To the extent required by law, you must disclose when distributing User Output that it was created using artificial intelligence technologies.

4. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees and usage charges are billed according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice to active subscribers.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or our business. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the Services.
